The following figures are ballpark, all prices negotiable.
Full-Time Options
Full-Time W2 Position
A dedicated, salaried role covering project management, full-stack engineering, data engineering, and GenAI automation for your business.
Exclusive W2 Arrangement
Want Ted's undivided attention, full time, for at least a year? This is the minimum compensation for Ted to make you his only customer and wind down outside consulting.
+ $100,000 signing bonus
Full-Time 1099 Contract
Prefer a contract instead of employment? A full-time 1099 arrangement is available at a higher rate than W2, reflecting the added flexibility and lack of benefits.
Part-Time W2
Ted will also accept part-time W2 positions, with the understanding that he will have more than one customer during that arrangement.
